Here are a few tips I wish to share with you to increase your sales and profits...
If you're not promoting another (higher-priced) product (aka a "back-end" product) after completing a sale of your (lower-priced) aka "front-end" product, you're making a HUGE mistake and leaving money on the table!
Let's put this in context:
*Your customer has just purchased a product from you.
*They want what you are selling.
*They trust you.
*They already have their credit card in hand.
*Why not offer them something else...particularly, a product that complements the one they just purchased?
In your sales copy, emphasize the benefits of owning the complementary product. How will it boost sales for your customer? Will it save them time? money? effort?
How can you introduce a "back-end" product to your customers? Here are some suggestions to get you started:
1. When you ship people the first product they bought, insert a flyer or brochure for your back-end product in the package.
2. Give customers a free subscription to a customers only e-zine when they buy your product. You could include your ad for your back-end product in each issue.
3. Send your online customers email greeting cards on holidays or on their birthday. Off-line customers? Send them a card through the mail. Include a small advertisement inside the card for your back-end product.
4. After people order your first product from your website, take them to a "thank you" web page and include your back-end product ad on that page.
5. Send customers a free surprise gift after they orderyour first product. You could attach another ad with the free gift for your back-end product.
6. If you're selling an electronic product, like an ebook, include your ad for your back-end product somewhere inside the electronic product.
7. Give your customers a free membership into your "customers only" private site. You could include your ad for your back-end product somewhere inside the private site.
8. Contact your customers by phone and ask them if they were happy with their purchase. You could tell them about your back-end product.
9. Send your customers a thank you letter by mail or e-mail. You could mention your back-end product somewhere on the letter.
10. Ask your customers if they want to be updated in the future when you have new product offers. You could have them sign up to receive e-mail or updates through the USPS mail.
I hope these tips are helpful in thinking about ways to creatively maximize your sales and profits.

A Healthier, Wealthier You!
Hello Everybody!
I hope you're are all taking a deep breath of our fresh Spring air and firing up all of your cylinders as we launch into a great recruiting season! Lots of wonderful things are happening with GBG, including our convention In Atlanta, Georgia. I'll provide all of the exciting details for you later.
In the meantime, I am happy to report my own health and energy levels continue to improve - the ONLY change is my drinking one ounce of delicious GBG 10-In-One Formula every morning. That said, I'd like to share with you a very interesting experience I had two weeks ago.
